STM s.r.l. was set up after the aggregation of Sercom and T.M., two leader companies in the marketing and manufacturing of furniture technical fittings even special for the office furniture..

The operating and logistic structures are located in the two current head offices:
- Pesaro, 3,000 sq m indoor area: manufacturing plant, shipment to foreign countries.
- Crevalcore (Bologna), 2,000 sq m indoor area: research and design departments, import department and shipment to the Italian market.
